Joint PATCH's Monthly Meetings: Hybrid (Zoom & In-Person)

PATCH meetings are scheduled every 3rd Tuesday of the month, at 9:00 AM. It is a hybrid meeting, but you are encouraged to attend in person at The Glades Initiative building.

Glades P.A.T.C.H. is a program designed to help the community evaluate, plan and implement health education and disease prevention programs. P.A.T.C.H. views the health of the community to include social, emotional and physical well-being of its citizens. P.A.T.C.H. is a partnership of concerned citizens and organizations. This partnership provides a forum for identifying health problems affecting the community and mobilizing the community to plan, conduct and evaluate intervention activities.
